When you submit a quote request or contact form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including photos, property addresses, and descriptions of items to be removed. Quote estimates based on photos or descriptions are subject to on-site verification; final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.

Services performed by Wild Waste Junk Removal are subject to separate service agreements or confirmations provided at the time of booking. The following general terms apply to all services:
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Site; remove or refuse any content; restrict access; and take technical and legal steps we deem necessary to enforce these Terms and protect users and Wild Waste Junk Removal.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive termination.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at Parker@Wildwastejunkremoval.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the applicable rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims or misuse of the Site.
Class action waiver. You and Wild Waste Junk Removal agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
There may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and change or update content at any time without prior notice.
The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Waste Junk Removal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Content is for general informational purposes only.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Waste Junk Removal and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically — for example, via email or notices on the Site. You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you opt in to SMS or MMS messages from Wild Waste Junk Removal, you agree to receive messages related to your service requests, scheduling, quotes, or programs you signed up for, as described when you provided your mobile number.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Waste Junk Removal regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
